These days, there are more utility ways to "storm off" than building a board of goblins, but it's still one of the best ways to ramp in a goblin deck if one needs to get multiple spells cast on a single turn
Even if Takenuma was a relatively bad mill spell, the fact you can play the first copy over a basic Swamp at almost no penalty to your manabase would get it into tons of lists
Five mana for a 4/4 without built-in evasion is a miss in my book, and its only made worse when you consider how much mana and life youll be wasting to activate its landwalk abilities
Similarly, any "as [this permanent] enters the battlefield" or "[this permanent] enters the battlefield with" abilities that any of the tokens have copied will also work
